Residential & Commercial Painting

Interior

We are skilled in all types of homes, apartments and condominiums. The room we painting will be a constructions site for least a couple of days, so planning accordingly is very important. Preparations starts with having our client remove all the valuables and breakables from the room. The walls should be free of any picture or paintings. Once that is done, we find out if you would like keep any of them in the same spots if not, we remove all the hooks, and we will fill all the holes, fix all thee cracks and imperfections we sand and make your walls ready for fresh paint. We will move all the furniture away from the walls to the center of the room and cover it with plastic. Keep in mind, that to move a heavy cabinet, it needs to be unloaded ahead of time. We cover the floor with paper and/or drop sheets. We make
sure that all surfaces are clean and dust free. We use top quality paint, because in long run it is a wise financial decision.

Exterior

Curb appeal of your house exterior is very important. Coming home to a freshly painted exterior or freshly stained brick home has an amazing feeling of pride, comfort and beauty to your eye. Surfaces exposed to nature elements all year round and require the most protection. How can you protect your home from outside? By using top quality paints for your wood/bricks and stains. Areas to be painted are power washed to remove all the dirt and mildew, after we scrape off loose paint and sand glossy areas and caulk previously caulked gaps to prevent water intrusion. The repaired areas are primed before quality paint or stain is applied to your home’s exterior, creating uniform finish.

Popcorn Ceiling Repair/ Removal

If your home was built BEFORE 1980 to 1990 and you decide to remove your popcorn ceiling, we have to take a sample of your ceiling into a bag and send it to a CERTIFIED ASBESTOS TESTING ORGANIZATION first before we can do anything with your ceiling. If the results come back positive for asbestos, you will need to have A CERTIFIED ASBESTOS REMOVAL CONTRACTOR to take care of the ceiling for you.
Our popcorn removal method is to use a pressurized vacuum sander to skim the surface of the ceiling and remove the popcorn. The process of popcorn ceiling removal contains of scraping, sanding, re-plastering and painting to get you that smooth beautiful ceiling that will make your room feel bigger and brighter since the popcorn ceilings creates lots of shading and takes away the acoustics.
We will cover all your furniture and floors with plastic paper and drop sheets to keep all your belongings untouched and dust-free. We clean everything up; we respect your home and property and leave every job just as it was when we walked in just an updated version of new ceiling look.
